At Neuro Wellness Westchester, we value your time and commitment to your wellness journey. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling, we have established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled time to be eligible for a full refund.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows (clients who miss their appointment without notice) will be charged the full session fee, and no refund will be issued.

4. Refunds

  • If your cancellation meets the 24-hour advance notice requirement, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an extenuating circumstance (such as a medical emergency), please contact us directly. Refunds or credits in these cases are granted at our sole discretion.

6. Package or Multi-Session Purchases

If you purchase a package of sessions:

  • Individual sessions must still be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

  • Unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund if requested within 30 days of purchase, depending on usage and circumstance.
