Hi! I'm Kimberley Gregg, a certified NeurOptimal® Wellness Provider, Early Childhood Special

Educator, Health Coach, and Yoga Instructor. As a mother of two daughters and devoted wife,

I bring both personal and professional experience to my practice.

For over 15 years, I have worked with children across general and special education settings, continuously seeking innovative therapies and tools to support my students' development. My transformative experience as an Applied Behavior Analyst with children on the autism spectrum showed me how holistic approaches create meaningful change in children's lives.

​In 2015, I made a pivotal shift in my career—from classroom teacher to wellness entrepreneur—by launching a Health Coaching business. For five years, I delivered wellness programs to children ages 3 to 18 in and around White Plains, NY. I worked in preschools, daycare centers, summer camps, and community centers, reaching nearly 500 students each year. But when the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, everything changed.

 

My second daughter was born just weeks before the New York State shutdown, and the challenges of lockdown—both personally and professionally—were overwhelming. As an educator and mother, I was determined to find tools that could support my family’s mental and emotional well-being, which ultimately led me to discover NeurOptimal®.

While results vary from person to person, my family experienced remarkable changes: easing of anxiety, increased mental clarity, better sleep, better self-regulation, improved memory, and improved vitality. We discovered that everything in life has greater ease when the brain is trained and supported.

Now I'm excited to bring NeurOptimal® neurofeedback to families throughout Westchester County, sharing this powerful tool with clients of all ages, so that they can also experience the remarkable impact that brain training has on all aspects of life.
